Hi, I’m Hannah, a BACP-registered psychotherapist offering therapy from my private practice in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, and online across the UK. Alongside my clinical work, I’m also a writer and commentator on psychotherapy and relationships, with bylines and interviews in publications including The i paper, Psychologies, VICE, Women’s Health, Glamour, Diva and Dazed.

Many people who are beginning therapy may be anxious that what they have to bring may be embarrassing, too bad, not bad enough or even too strange. But whatever you have to say, I will welcome it with warm curiosity, never judgement or disapproval.

People come to see me for many different reasons and I often work with people who have a history of having their feelings ignored or dismissed.

I also have particular experience working with survivors of sexual violence, queer and LGBTQIA+ people, those wanting to process difficult childhoods and intergenerational trauma, as well as anyone in the middle of a life transition, burnout or who is struggling with recurring unhelpful patterns in their relationships and lives, low self-esteem or shame.

For others, therapy can simply be an exciting space for self exploration in the service of a more meaningful and creative life.
