Hi, I’m Hannah, a psychotherapist offering therapy from my private practice in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, and online across the UK.

Alongside my clinical work, I’m also a writer and media commentator on psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, sexuality and sexual violence, with bylines in publications including Vice, Stylist, Glamour and Dazed.

Many of the people who come to see me have found approaches focused purely on getting rid of symptoms or shifting their mindset dismissive or unhelpful. They are craving meaning and want to work at a deeper level to recognise their patterns, process unresolved emotions and build a more integrated sense of self.

Some feel stuck in self destructive patterns that cause them intense shame and suffering. Others just want a space for self exploration, where they can speak freely and discover how to live a more fulfilling life that feels truly their own.

I won’t try to cheer you up, give you tips, or suggest quick fixes, but I will take you seriously and stay with you as we try to understand what’s going on.

I hope to provide at least one place in the world where you feel you can say anything without fear of judgement and be understood. That’s especially the case if you are worried it’s too embarrassing, messy, or ‘not very nice’.
