Hi, I’m Hannah Mackenzie.
I’m a psychotherapist and writer.
My waitlist is currently open, with availability for new clients from September 2026.
My background includes work within the NHS as a psychotherapist for King’s College Hospital’s Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC), with dancers and musicians at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, and with a diverse client group at a highly regarded low-cost therapy service in Queen’s Park, London.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m also an established writer on psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health, relationships, sexuality and sexual violence, with bylines in Vice, Stylist, Glamour, Dazed, and other national and international publications. I’m currently conducting academic research on the impact of AI chatbot use in the therapy room.
My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQAI+ clients, and I fully endorse the BACP Memorandum of Understanding on Conversion Therapy, which unequivocally opposes the practice in all its forms.
My Approach
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
Simple ideas
Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
Lasting impact
We build with clarity, act with integrity, and always stay curious.
